REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At XpertTherapy, we are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Deposits A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations
- Same-day cancellations will be charged 65% of the total service cost.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
No-Shows Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment at no additional charge.

POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO Y CANCELACIÓN
En XpertTherapy, estamos comprometidos a brindar servicios terapéuticos de excelencia. Por favor, lee nuestra política detenidamente antes de reservar.
Depósitos Se requiere un depósito del 25% al momento de agendar tu cita para confirmar tu reserva.
Cancelaciones
- Las cancelaciones realizadas el mismo día de la cita serán cobradas el 65% del precio total del servicio.
- Los depósitos no son reembolsables.
Ausencias sin Aviso (No-Show) Los clientes que no se presenten a su cita sin previo aviso serán cobrados el 100% del costo total del servicio.
Reprogramación Si necesitas reprogramar tu cita, tu depósito se transferirá a la próxima cita sin costo adicional.
